    Leakdown testers

I need to know what a cheap but decent tester is. This harbor frieght pos is crap. Brand new out of the box and it's fubar. The second gauge laps the dial before the primary hits 40 psi. wtf jack? Piece of crap. I'm gonna break it on something. Anyone have any luck with these piles?

you can always make one as long as you have the connetions to the cylinder head. i think everything else is in 1/4 pipe thread.

it's just a regulator and two guages, i'm sure something can be made especiallly since it's not a daily use tool.

princess auto sells a cheap one but how good i don't know. they are in canada only i think

i got the same one, and the dials make no sense. i got a reading on the first cylinder, but on the second cylinder the fitting crimped onto the end of the air hose broke and leaks most of the pressure out. rediculous
