    h22 bore?

I have heard mixed results... but do most machine shops have the abbility to bore the h22 block?

I think i am gona have to do a rebuild and their may be some wall scarring... i need to know if it can be bored to
    88mm or 88.5.....

or if another block must be arranged...?

i have heard most shops are scarred to do work on FRM sleeves...

i actually wouldn't TRUST boring out and FRM-sleeved block... SPECIALLY if that much

another block isn't necessary, but i would recommend sleeving for sure.

i dont think you can bore that much over frm. i know there is a special way to just hone the frm sleeves.

i think 87.5mm and above is gonna require sleeves.

THe problem is that after a certain amount of material has been taken off the sleeves are worthless.

Some shops have the ability to hone FRM sleeves. I HIGHLY doubt you can bore it out to 88mm tho.

Ask shops around. If they know anything about porches, then I'm sure they'll more than likely be able to bore out your FRM H22 sleeves.
