Front engine mount cracked

All around the front engine mount, the one near the header, its cracked slightly all the way around it, Its not a big deal cause it looks as though it does not bear much weight, but is this easily replaced by myself?

Also was thinking of doing of changing the tranny oil, is this also straight forward? thanks
