i used valvoline max-life dex/merc on my car for the longest. works just fine. Honda atf does a bit better job tho

It's not ideal. Honda transmissions are very picky about what fluid they run. But, yes it "will" work.

Just use the Honda ATF. The Dex/Merc is for Domestic, not imports. Just because it will work doesn't mean you should do it.

well, i have 3 quarts of the stuff already. idk, i might use the DEX/MERC this one time, and then use honda ATF.
