HELP PLEASE! Major LSD tranny problem...

So i go to drive my freshly swapped H23A vtec with M2B4 (LSD) home today and i noticed when I drive it somewhat straight or turn left at all it shakes really really bad like a BADLY bent wheel. so I go back to the shop and we jack it up on both sides and put it in gear running and when the wheels spin nothing seems to happen until we turn it left again... then THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK.... and it just keeps doing it even thought its got no weight on the front wheels...
It seems like a really bad cv but its moving the entire engine... the entire motor and tranny move up and toward the passanger side almost two inches for every "thunk" this is a mojor bad problem and I am yet again without my car. I am so stressed by this swap its been a total nightmare. 5 days of 10 hours a day with a profesional "honda and toyota only" mechanic and we have it all swapped but cant figure out this problem...
What could this possibly be. we checked all the suspension everythings is tightened and torqued properly we even tried swapping back in my stock axles to check that problem. Changed half-shafts... Could my LSD tranny be toast??
It shakes and moves even when the wheels are off... weve tried retourquing the mounts and I used all the stock mounts with stock accord half shaft and cv's. Should we try retourquing again? I just cant find an explanation... PLEASE HELP ME!

Do these trannies come internally balanced? Like is it ok to take out both cv shafts on these trannies or does that throw off some internal balance?? i just cant figure this one out. I really hope its not my LSD tranny... but I cant think of what else is at fault.

try it with no half shafts connected aka remove all shafts, put it in gear and start. if it doesnt do it, then you've just eliminated the possibilities of the axle and half shafts.

It doesnt do it when its in neutral or turning right, and we have changed both cv's and jackshaft at least once. the weird thing too is it does it when coasting in neutral even... As long ast it is aimed slightly to the left it has a really really bad amount of movement. I have been thinking all night that maybe it is the mounts arent torqued straight. I just can't think of anything else that explains it.
What normally happens if an LSD it shot?
Please more people help me out here I have till tomorrow night and I have to drive it over 35k (20 miles or so) any help its greatly appreciated...

it seems like the engine is sitting in the car crooked or something and whenever you turn to the left, you're binding the axle somewhat? Maybe the mounts are installed reversed or somthing? you have all the correct brackets for them? did you originally have an Auto car and had to drill/tap for the manual mounts?

man, I hope you get it all figured out. My H swap was a nightmare too. Took 2 weeks to figure out an idle issue. And I think I now just figured it out, but, I used a 5spd rear mount yet retained that little solenoid that normally went to my vacuum operated automatic mount. So thats why it wouldn't work with the EGR or whatever.

A few years ago when I had the f22 tranny I had the same problem. The differential was toast. Sorry but it looks like you need a new tranny.

But first check the diff. With the passenger axles in see if you can wiggle the inner part of the axle on the passenger side that goes in the tranny. If that moves then its the diff, if not maybe you put the prelude tranny mount in or what losiracer said.

Someone else on here mentioned using the F22B Drivers side mount from a 94-97 accord like you have to do on the F20B Vtec Swap. What is the difference between the 94-97 drivers mount and the 90-93 mount? Do you use the F22B bracket as well? Please help. I didnt drive it last night as I was too afraid something major would break and leave me stranded...

The mount you need depends on what the car was origianlly. Was it a 5 speed from the factory? If so then you just need the stock 90-93 accord 5 speed transmission mount. You have to drill and tap prelude tranny for the accord mount.

if that diff is a helical differential and it is bad then it would do it turning both ways. Pull the transmission apart and see whats up for yourself. If you are working with a Honda expert he should be able to handle it no problem.

We are almost sure its the axles not the tranny now. When we jack up the drivers side of the engine with no mount attached about 1 and 1/4 inches the binding stops. Anyone ever have to use shorter axles or anything for this swap??
I am still almost sure it is that drivers side mount... I cant find anyone else that has done this swap though that didnt convert from auto to 5 speed... I was originally 5 speed and I used the stock tranny mount with the drill and tap method.
Anyone with ideas on this mount please help!
