Ok here is the question ... how many quarts does a manual tranny need ? what type of oil ? and how often should it be changed ? is it ok to use motor oil for tranny ?

true...but i still have the a6 tranny, and it had the typical 3rd gear grinds. i switched over to GM syncromesh, and it fixed my problem.5.6L V8 32V DOHC
