the pt6 is what you use for the f22a6 motor. the p06 is what people use when they want to get a tune due to the fact that the accords ECU is not tunable. but you have to get the p06 chipped if you want to use it tho.

oh cuz i met a guy that can get ecu's , i told him 2 get me the pt6 and chip it, he said he was gonna try but he juss calld me n told me that he heard that p06 works the same way as the pt6 and he could get it already chipd, so do u think i should get it?

if you plan on tuning your car yes. but you cant the pt6 ECU. get the chipped p06 is you plan on getting a good tune tho. you'll be able to squeeze a few extra ponies out of there.

if you plan on getting an H22, dont worry about putting out money to get your F22 tuned. just save up to get your parts for the H22 then get that one tuned.

yeah thats a good idea, but since im not really sure wen im i swaping and my f22a1 is not giving me problems @ all i juss wanna mess wit it, so the p06 doesnt have a speed limiter after chipping right?

I honestly don't know, but I would assume if the P06 does have a limiter, it could be disabled. If you want a great all around ecu w/o a limiter (or was it 130?, can't recall) for your A1, grab a PT6.

ive talked to MRX in person and he says the PT3 and PT6's are chippable but it isnt very precise because it has to do something with the waves (or lack of) of the AFR? or O2 readings.

basically it gives out a block type of wave, either 1 or a 0 wheras the p06 gives more of a sine type of wave and you can break it down a lot easier. i probably have everything all wrong but the theory is there.

same concept as a narrow band o2 versus a wide band.
