how do i change it?????

ok when i start my car in the morning and put the heater on there is gona be aleak on the bottom part of the thermostat. it comes down like a river from this hard hoze that goes to the bottom of the thermostat. how can i change this hoze. cmike told me that this hoze goes to the water pomp.
anyone has changed it before??? how?

is it a stiff rubber line, or a hard metal line? if its definately metal and its stiff and hard, its the hard pipe that leads to the water pump, and it isnt the heat/cooling or radiator hoses, cuz those are rubber.

if thats your problem, idk how to replace it while its in teh car. maybe its just the seal where it meets up with the bottom of the thermostat...

yep it comes from there. tomorrow i will open it up and check it out. hopefully nothing big. because if it is then that's it with this car. i have had enough of it.
