Need help removing trim

I am try to change the seat belt and can't find out how to remove the trim.
Can anyone help me?

I assume you mean the front seatbelt?

Recline the front seat. Pop off the door sill trim with a flathead.
Pop off the tab covering the screw in the B-pillar, and unscrew it. The seatbelt has two bolts holding it in there.
I forget, there may be another set of bolts under the carpet. I don't think so though.

one problem is that bolt on the top and the cap, does it just pop off?. i try using a flathead and it feels like it going to break.

Yeah, it's a bitch, but it should pop off. Just don't stab yourself in the eye when it does, okay?
