Anyone know how to remove the cigarette lighter assembly without breaking it? I got a new dash trim peice and need to swap my old cigarette lighter into it

Stick your thumb in the lighter and turn the inside to the left like a screw to loosen it. The cigarette lighter screws into the plastic housing
