if u have a dx/lx your o2 sensor is located on your primeries. located right in front of the radiator. if u have a ex/se your o2 sensor is located right before your flew pipe, its under the car. both easy to find. to remove the sensor can be a bitch. i would suggest going and buying a o2 sensor socket, it is especially made for o2 sensors and makes the job a lot easier. lol if not break out the torch and start heating.use plenty of lube though even if u do have the right socket.not a hard job just a bitch.

jack up the car, and follow the double exhaust pipes from the lower front of the motor, back towards the rear of the car... they are gonna join together into a single pipe, and soon after there will be a metal thing sticking straight up out of the pipe, and it has four wires sticking off the top of it, two greens, a white, a black... thats your O2 sensor.Originally posted by 7thsign

Hayne's Manual
Because it is installed in the exhaust manifold or pipe, which contracts when cool, the oxygen sensor may be very difficult to loosen when the engine is cold. Rather than risk damage to the sensor (assuming you are planning to reuse it in another manifold or pipe), start and run the engine for a minute or two, then shut it off. Be careful not to burn yourself during the following procedure.
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Caution: if the stereo in your vehicle is eqiupped with an anti-theft system, make sure you have the correct activation code before disconnecting the battery.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it securely on jackstands.
3. Carefully disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
4. Carefully unscrew the sensor from the exhaust manifold.
5. Anti-seize compound must be used on the threads of the sensor to facilitate future removal. The threads of the sensors will already be coated with this compound, but if an old sensor is removed and reinstalled, recoat the threads.
6. Install the sensor and tighten it securely.
7. Reconnect the electrical connector of the pigtail lead to the main engine wiring harness.
8. Lower the vehicle, take it on a test drive and check to see that no trouble codes exist.-'93 Accord EX 5-speed F22A6
