No Fuel Nor Spark

i was letting my cb idle the other day just as i put a new thermostat on her, and out of no where she just shut off so i tried to crank her and nothing, (S) light stays on, No Fuel Pump priming, and no spark from the spark plugs.......I changed the Main Relay, im all out of ideas......please help....

I did some research and found out that it could be the ignition, or my dizzy but why would either one of those cut of the fuel and spark?????.......
