Easy to do but takes little time.
What seems to happen is the gasket/rubber trim gets caught up and comes out of it's channel in the front. Then the window drags in the front and doesn't catch right in the rear and folds that down too.
I put it down, took my mirror off, pushed it all back into place and then squirted the crap out of the channel with silicone spray.
Be careful though, the rubber is easy to split if you use a screwdriver or something.Bart: What's your name?

Just roll it all the way back down and pull it into the rubber track.
You most likely need new window run channels which you can get from Honda. My windows did the same thing and I replaced the run channels and they go up perfectly fine now.
Just be careful when you are guiding it back up and make sure it stays in track. Also note the window will probably fall off track again because of the bad run channels, so I wouldn't roll your windows down more than half way if I were you.. that way you can guide them all the way up when needed.Adam - Retired OG member from '03

I'm convinced that the lubrication of the rear channel contributes to the problem. Mine is manual windows on a coupe, so somewhat different (exposed rear channel). I guess my point is maybe you could try lubing up both guides / channels first. Taking the door panel off and moving it up and down might give you some insight as well...Originally posted by J-specCb4yeah this is an old ass thread would the run channels be what is catching the front edge of my drivers side front window it bent my regulator twice and pulled the ball out of the metal channel i really could use the help and btw how expensive are the channels from honda
