I have noticed that many of the headers that I have been looking at with the down pipe and cat, have no place for the oxygen sensor. Some actually have a place for it, but it seems to be closed or sealed off. Can someone please explain why this is?

That means I understand. I have some headers that I designed on CAD, but I'm not sure if they will work. They are to the correct specs though. I inquired about pricing to get them made, and it was close to $600. At least that was the estimate. I should get another quote. The Lord watches over me!

Yup. Everything down to the placement holes for the block is where they need to be. I don't know how they would allow the block to breathe. 2.25" is all the piping from the block to the cat. I could eaisly change it to 2.5" if I wanted. The Lord watches over me!
