H22/H23 Internal Distributor Problems

I just recently had a f22b swapped into my 90lx but i had a bad ground and im pretty sure that it fried the coil is bad i was using a h22 internal coil distributor but i don't know where to get a replacement and also is there a way to wire my car to use an external coil h23 distributor?

why not just stick to internal?
a f22 internal coil should fit.
