so i have a pair of slicks that i got off a buddy one run..
so my question is there a 13 in wheel i can get for cheap.
and last is there a clearance issue with a 13.

Some wheels for slicks are not cheap, but remember this some wheels that are cheap are heavy can weigh as much as 15in. wheel. you can look into getting some V2's they're very light or some Competition drag wheels.

As for the clearence if your slammed you'll need to raise the front. You should be fine if you have a slight drop.

what about the brake rotor. will a 13 clear the rotor?

That I don't know, my buddy drag car has 11in rotors on it, but he has custom made wheel's on his so they clear.

If anything mount them and check for clearence.

the only prob with that is custom ordering wheels re-stocking fees if they dont work...
nobody on this site is running 13 in slicks on a accord?

why dont you just measure the top of the brake caliper to the other side of the rotor and see how big it is
