auto to 5sp swap

Here is what im getting the parts off of:

5sp tranny: 92 cb dx or lx i forget which one (i know it has the f22a4 motor)

f22a6: 93 cb ex with an auto trans (all im taking is the motor).

how complicated is it to put a 5spd tranny onto a motor that came off an automatic cb?

the tranny bolts right on the the motor with no mods

sweet thats what i like to see and would i have to anything with the ecu at all?

sweet man cant wait to start it now lol and the ecu from the 92 with the a4 will work with the a6?
