smoking question??

f22a6 with about 200k on the clock. smokes on start up only. white smoke. has the smell of oil. im thinking rings. but could it also be the valve stem seals.

wanna know the techs thoughts or opinions.

I think my H22 does this when I start it in the morning.
It shoots out white smoke if you gun it too when its cold...its almost heavier than air too, kinda very slowly floats up.
