2-problems Spark plug ejection and motor shutting off

Well I have two problems going on with my car.
    1st:
It seems every 3-4 months one of my spark plugs gets loose, wire comes out and car putts still runs. So when that happens I replace it with new spark plugs and run just fine. Not sure what is causing this to happen?

    2nd:
Second problem happen after I got hit in the front about two weeks ago. I drive my car and all of sudden it my clock shuts off, rpm, mph, etc needles go crazy and car shuts off. It will turn on after a couple minutes leaving it off. Both problems dont happen together.

    My its something electrical

    1) Make sure you apply 13 lb-ft torque per spark plug installment. Also, did you verify that you have any spark plug threads remaining in the cylinder head? The spark plugs may have not material to engage to. If so, replace cylinder head.

NOTE: I realize heli-coil is an option, but I am not a fan for this application.

    2) Was there any damage to the engine or its components? Also, verify your igniter unit/module is working properly. If not, replace.

I replace the module not even a year ago. Thanks for the response I will look over this weekend. Might need to get the tie rod replace.
