After rain CB is acting up..

wassup people just wanted to know if anyone could help me with this..im going to record a video shortly..but for some reason out here in FL when it rains for like 2 days straight my car tends to develop a nice big puddle in the trunk under the spare..and i've read threads and come to find out its a known problem with our cars after awhile..but for some reason the water literally reaches my back passenger seat and back driver seat on the floor..like a puddle there also..this somehow attributes to my car acting up as i was driving home yesterday and it was working fine but then when i turned a corner my car just cut off for no reason..all the electronics stayed on..so i kept trying to get it to turn on for 40 seconds on the road..and it finally worked..was able to drive it home...so i came home ate..came back outside to check it..when i turned the key now all of a sudden my check engine light is now on..and now my car idles a little higher than it suppose to..normally it would idle a lil below 1000 rpms now its idling around 1200 rpms AFTER it cools down also..im uploading a video now so when it goes through i'll post it..

Check for puddle in your ECU location (front passenger footwell).

Yes, just like Hondafan81 stated, check for any water around you ECU, it can cause damage....

Yep. It's amazing what water can do. It will destroy your electrics.

its probably your seals, could be window but also could be a door seal. In the trunk, the tail lights have gaskets inside of them, those are probably worn or gone completely if you haven't replaced them recently

Yea and you might want to re-gasket all the car....from doors to trunk....
