Ok So My Car died this morning On my Way to work, It would turn over alot But would not catch There was Fuel But bo spark. So i started checking connections Fuses And such. took off the disrtubator cap and all the electrodes were coroded, Cleaned them Up and the car started right up, So i took it up the road for a drive.. Died again Same problem. Im thinking it's the whole distrubator Or i just need a New Cap. Also the Plastic shield thing under the cap is Cracked in a couple of places. How Much does a New One Usually Run and what kinda job is it to do??

Get a cap. Its like $10. Get a new rotor while you're at it.

When the distributor goes its the bearing. Its not sealed (shame on your Honda) and dries out. I had the one on my H die about 6 months after I got it in the car. On the other hand, just in the coil is about $70 part.

the reason my distributor went out was because i cleaned my engine, and i got my distributor wet somehow, i thought i sealed it, but obvisouly not..but i dont much care my dad paid for the part for me, and that was 3 years ago. so yeah
