deff just snapped an axle.

like the title says. i snapped an axle(i think).

the drivers side cv joint has been bad for a while, and just 2 minutes ago when i went outside to try to get my car unstuck, there musta been a weak spot that got frozen and it musta broke when i tried to unstuck the car. thats the only thing i can think of.

luckily. i already have the replacement axle in my car.

unfortunately its too cold and theres too much snow outside

i am so waiting for this to happen to mine as my axles are bad and i just dont have the money at the moment to replace them. and yes the snow is very evil although i dont seem to have much of a hard time driving in it or getting out of places.

if u were closer. i could of borrowed my friends tow truck and towed it into my buddies 2 car garge and done it there

too bad you didn't have LSD. I snapped an axle at the track in my auto and drove 35 miles to the nearest checker auto parts and got one lol. drained and filled the trans fluid the next day b/c it prob. got really hot in there.
