    power steering

Is there a way to flush the power steering system? I tried the search and nothing came up. Thanks

I guess you could loosen the hose that feeds the resivoir and just flush it that way? Make sure to use some Honda power steering fluid.

Disconnect the return hose coming from the rack and pinion going to the reservoir and put it in a large cup. It'll evacuate all the fluid from the rack and the reservoir. Turn the wheel lock to lock w/ the car on and once the fluid is all gone from the reservoir, shut the car off and reinstall the hose. Then just refill the reservoir w/ the car on, turning the wheel lock to lock and fill to the max line.
