I have a 90 accord and I just replaced the motor a few weeks ago. I am using the stock tranny that had about 140k on it. I figured I woulld just drive it until the tranny died. I didn't think it would die this quick! Anyways, I started the car today and the "S" light on my dash started blinking and as I was driving I could get NO acceleration. Odd. I turned off the car and started it again and it went away and everything was normal. Wtf is up with this? This is my first time coming accross this. I think it may have something to do with my jacked up idling. I haven't figured that out yet. Car runs fine when in drive but if I put the car into park or neutral, it revs to 1500rpm and then drops every two seconds. I installed a cold air intake and so I know I am haviing a vacuum issue that may have something to do with all this mess? Also, when I drive around for a while and then put the car into park there is a REALLY loud clunking noise. Sup with that?
