    Vibrating

This is kind of a suspension problem but it is technical and i cant for sure point it at suspension

Problem: Accelerating in first and in second gear my car shakes like the craziest earth quake ever. It happens on hard acceleration and on slow acceleration. I cant think of why its like this. I did just put on coilovers and ES poly bushings on my front sway bar. All help would be nice. Thanks

is it smooth on deceleration? like if your cruising down the highway, and let off the gas? If so, in all the cases i've come across (on all types of FWD cars) it's usually a bad cv joint.

its definitely one of your halfshafts. Get under there and start wiggling stuff w/ your hands. The loose one is the bad one. My thinking is one of the joints is worn out.

sounds like a warn axle shaft...it probably goes away when you let off the gas..and pretty much shakes when under a load force..i bet going up hills is like an earthquake in your dash

yep, thats exactly what mine did when it was bad/worn out. My D/S door panel could be seen visibly shaking when accelerating at like 65mph lol

Yea well its the only thing that i can think of. But i raised my car up like 2 inches or so and got my rear sway bar on. After i raised the car up it didnt vibrate anymore. So im thinking that it is the axle shaft.

Mine is doing the same thing right now. Under hard accel it shakes but in all gears. I went to a shop and they had told me it was my axle. I had thought that it was the problem and they confirmed my thinking.

my axle shaft was so bad when i replace it that when i had disassembled the fork from the lower control arm and what not and after the hub was out of the way the axle fell apart and i had the remaining end still connected with the intermediate shaft , it was pretty wild a couple more kilometers and im sure it would have fell out
