    Doors clicking noise.

Hi, I dont know if your cb does that but on mine, the doors cliks and make noise when I go over some bumps on the road...

1- Whats the problem? Do I have a bad frame?? Cause it looks clean...

2- And is it possible to fix the door sag by changing the hinge pins??? Or I have to change the whole hinge?

    Thanks
    Sam.

if you have door sag, that might cause the clicking. you could just change the pins, but the hinge plates are probably pretty worn out. i assume you have a coupe, because door sag gets pretty bad on those. good news is that sedan front door hinges are identical to coupe door hinges, so you could grab a set of sedan hinges in good shape from a j-yard for cheap.

heres the oem part numbers for both hinges though

        top: 67410-SM4-K01ZZ
        bottom: 67450-SM4-K01ZZ

        good luck

Thanks dood, i'll take a look at my pins i hope the bracket aren't worn out.

But eh i got a fodo! I dont know why they are worn out i know coupes doors are heavier but why my sedan does that.

lubrication of the door hinges gets overlooked. that speeds up their wear and tear. white lithium grease works the best on them, the kind in a spray can. its recommended in the 30k mile maintenance on most newer cars, but often gets skipped.
