Alright guys, got a question. Im runnin a VAFC in my 91 accord with an H22 swap. The weird part is, I'm goin into VTEC cause of the VAFC but im still throwing a code 22 which is VTEC pressure switch. Now my question is, does this mean my pressure switch is bad? Didn't know if the VAFC forces VTEC to engage whether or not the pressure switch is good or not. My revs are limited to 6500 rpms even though vtec still engages.
Any input would be appreciated.
NOTE: i did rerun my pressure switch wire from the engine bay to the first wire of the VAFC and the other wire from the VAFC that connects to the ecu side looks good and has a strong connection. Anyway i can test the switch?
