ignition problems still

Is this normal for a the fuse box to be connected to the positive terminal. but mines had its own post on it and the motor is out of a canadian ex into a us ex. and there has to be some kind of current to the ignition sensors or whatever thanks in advance
These are pictures of the tumbler that goes inside the ignition assembly mine is chipped slightly as you can clearly notice i was wondering if it would cause hard turning of the ignition assembly. what can i do to fix it

As far as your fuse block goes, that right there looks normal to me. And I had a Nissan that has a hard to turn ignition switch and WD40 did the job.
