diagnosing car starting problem, Help much needed!

Its been a while here, but recently my car 91 cb6 dosnt want to start. Brand new battery, it cranks fine but just doesnt want to fire!!! I have yet really looked at it as it just got here but im not 1 who can start ruling shit out so if someone could help me out.

Could it possibly be the starter? Fuel pump? Those 2 ill check first off, anything else I should check as well?

main relay, main fuse, fouled plugs,ecu fuse....just a few suggestions

Did you check for spark??

everything seems to be fine, except the main relay which we think it is, its going to be a b*tch since my alarm is right beside it
