    Window Run Channel......

I need to replace the rubber seal that the window rides in on the drivers side door. Is there anything that I should be aware of when doing this? I have the factory manual, just wanting to know if there are any tricks to replacing it.

na, it's pretty straight forward. the only part that may be tricky is lining up the moulding to the glass inside the door shell and that's only cause there's no working room inside there. Simple handtools (screwdriver, pry tool) should be enough.

I found it easier to remove the window when I did mine. It made allot more room available in the door to make sure I got the rubber everywhere it needed to be correctly.

I took a little longer since my windows had tint and I didn't want to scratch them (plus changing all 4) but I found it the only way to make sure they where seated correctly.
      My unupdate website Speedworx-online.com, lol. <click here>.

Finally replaced it today. Not too bad to do except that the door handle is suppost to move forward not up to get it out, lol. Broke the tabs but one was still there and it works fine. I found it easier to remove the window.
