      Type s setup?

What do you mean by you having the type s setup.

Are you saying your have an h22 type s or that you have taken an h22 and made it a type s ?

First Check Engine Vacuum with Proper Gauge - Needle should be steady anywhere between 16-20 hg is OK higher the better, if not..Check Valve Timing is Correct and Lined Up Exact. (Neither Cam Can be a tooth out.)
Recheck Ignition Timing as well and set to Specs.
Check ECU for any Fault Codes. i.e VTEC Solenoid.
Naturally Check all Battery Terminals for cleanliness and all Engine Grounds for Cleanliness & Security....

            What else did you do...

Well, What else did you do.

Did the engine work right before you did this conversion?

If you did not do so you need to run a chipped ecu and custom map, or the type s ecu.

It is my guess that this is the problem.

Got what tuned? The engine? As in a tune up (plugs, wires and such)? Or do you have a tunable ECU that you got tuned?

If you mean a tune up, check your ignition timing. Should be 15* +/- 2* at idle with the service connector jumped. Poor ignition timing will cause poor acceleration, among other things.

If it's the ECU that you got tuned, they did a poor job and it needs to be retuned. To tune an ECU correctly, they need to have a load dyno so they can do a proper part-throttle tune along with the full-throttle tune.

Also, not to be a dick, but your spelling is horrendous. I had to read your posts several times to figure out what you were trying to say. OK, so I AM a dick. Deal with it.
