    F22B DOHC and H23A Cams

What other cams would fit these heads listed above? I just got 2 heads for free and I would like to slap them on a block sometime soon. I would like to know. Thanks in Adavance...

They both fit each other. I believe the h23 cams are a bit more aggresive. Get BISIMOTO FTW!!!!

I have one question. Why do H23a's and F22B DOHC's throw rods and spin rod bearings constantly?

From what I have read here on the site is that the F22B DOHC have weak tensioners and are thus short lived engines. I am not 100 percent why this is as I have not researched it yet. But I will learn as I go, you may ask some of the vets around here, they may have the answer you are looking for. But that is all I know right now.
