So i had my clutch done the other day, when its getting put back together some how one axle breaks then on the way home my mechanic says the other broke. Weird right? Replaced both of em so im not worried about hat. The problem is when the wheels were off and the car was lifted we turned it on to see if everythig was good and as we slowly let go of the clutch it would start doing some sort of shaking. We put it back together and take it for a test drive when we are going straight its fine, but as we make any turn its starts to sound like the gears are sort of binding together making it shake. So i was told to look into getting a new transmission. I believe i need to do that does anyone differ? also how much would a 91 cb7 trany go for normaly? and does anyone know how much it would cost to have someone switch tranys? thanks in advance for the help

in puerto rico the prices are diffrent in the jy so he would have to go check i kno cuz i been to junkyards in pr it might be much cheaperOriginally posted by J-Tiki View PostYou could check the junkyard and scoop up an F tranny for 300-500 depending on the condition, mileage and if they sell you the linkage and everything else with it.
