Broke something, whats this called?

soo im doing the brake on my car, i was doing the back left and there was two pipes(one for gas and one to get the air out i think?) going up to the gas cap in the wheel well and i slighty hit it and it broke right in half, and i dont know what its called. If anyone could help that would be great, sorry for the bad pic you can kinda tell where it broke.

is it part 16 b/c if so then you are correct with it being the air vent
it allows you to fill the tank up with out having the fuel come spitting out back at you through the fill neck

according to the parts list you would have to get it as a whole piece
looks like it is out to the junkyard or honda it you want to replace it

might be able to jerry rig it in some way but it may be iffy

i was thinking the same thing, the salt really does kill those northern cars
when i dropped my tank it looked pretty much brand new
