really depends on what your going to do mod wise. any f series or h series tranny will fit on the motor. the H22 one will give you more accelaration but worse gas mileage. I use the original f22a tranny with an LSD because i like the longer gears with my turbo setup.

sorry forgot to to add that information i was in class and wanted to do a quick post
im looking for a little of both fuel economy and power i want to swap my trans because it has over 200k miles on it, and it needs a new clutch plate, and my 4th and 5th gears are worn
the previous owner was a chick and i believe she took the phrase ''if you cant find'em grind'em'' literally
so since i haft to swap or want to swap that is (im not rebuilding a tranny, to complicated for my brains to handle at the time) i want to see what my options are
on a side note i plan to run a turbo later on-----------------------------------------------
