    voltage jumping

hey everyone, i recently just got some work done to my car, btw i have a 91 ex 4door. I had rear motor mount, front motor mount, passenger axle and o2 censor done by a good friends fathers shop. i was there for most of the work done and when it was completed i took it for a ride. everything was mint drove great the cel turned off after the new o2, but then i was looking at my autometer volt gage and i noticed that my volts were jumping from 12 to 14. ive had the gauge in the car hooked up for 8 months and it never had an issue and its wired to my head unit. so while driving and watching my volts jump from 12 to 14 i turned my headlights on and watched the gauge jump down to 11 then up to 13.6 where it usually is for when i turn the lights on. the gauge used to stay between 13.9 and 14.0 but now it jumps. I brought it back and they checked my grounds my alternator and my battery terminals and everything was fine. btw my battery is brand new. i dont feel any power loss while driving either.

so if you guys could help me out or give me some advice that would be great

    thanks,
    Carl

that's sounds normal to me. Mine goes from 12.1 with a load of A/C full blast and headlights to 14.6 when no accessories are on crusing on the highway. The voltage regulator makes the voltage fluctuate like that
