I got issues

Well my cb7 has problems rigth now.My gas neddle is death my brake lamp is on on and my brake seems fine.It semmes that whenever I want to do something to it something messes up.If any one knows what cuases this problems let me know, plus when i starit on the mornig takes a little while then after that it`s fine. give a feed back

when the brake lmap is on, it means you need a new brake light

id just get a whole new cluster.
