What to replace doing timing belt?

I know all the basic stuff, timing belt, water pump, balance shaft belt and what else do i need to replace? What is the most important, i have 500 dollars to get this stuff done so i need the most important things that need to be done. Please help.

Its just one retainer correct that goes over the balance shaft right.

I'm going to be doing this soon too. Here are the parts I have accumulated in the past few weeks. The top ones with part #'s are genuine Honda parts. I'm also doing the lower spark plug seals while in there. and, replacing the valve guide seals.
