    car wouldn't start.

first time i haven't had it kick over.

has been sitting for a few months.

I did have a lot of cranking power til it almost drained the battery flat.

how do i get about checking the fuel side of things. could something have dried up...

I hope i get it going or else i may have to scrap the car.

    any suggestions?

probably not a good idea but the last time it ran it completely ran out of petrol.
    kind of forgot about it...

change the fuel filter, spark plugs and get a hot battery . preventive maintenance. after you get the car running it would be a great idea to change the oil . the starter may also be weak or locked up .

maybe this gives you a starting point.good luck .

A man that keeps looking back can't see whats in front of him.

        ill try sparkplugs first.
        and jumping off another car.

btw. when you pull out sparkplugs there's like a silicone substance is this stuff necessary.

This car won't be going to a mechanic. a mobile mechanic if i run out of things too try.

rtv silicone? thats usually not needed if the gaskets are in good shape

But remember, Fuel, Air and Spark are what's needed for the engine to fire.
