I think I have electrical issue.

Ok this is what happend replaced my clutch. When I put the tranny back in accidently pulled the wires out of the speed sensor clip. So I shoved the wires back in the clip because the metal was still on the so they weren't ripped. Anyways speedo was still not working. Well then I tried putting them on a different way. Drove my car and I think I shorted someting out. Because my tach my speedo my heat gauge. I think my gas gauge. And defogger. And windows and clock don't work. But my sunroof. And gauge lights do. I have checked all the fuses. Not just the ones it might be I mean all of them. Any help would be greatily appreciated as it's hot here and I need to roll down my windows LOL. btw 91 exr.

You have an MT so you should have the speed sensor that has wires on both the female and male ends.

Anyways, for sure you have a blown fuse somewhere. If it's not fuse 8 under the dash (I think it was 8....either way should be a 10A fuse), then one of the underhood fuses must be blown.

The yellow wire on the speed sensor is 12V from the battery. If you randomly guessed, it probably shorted out with the black wire which is ground. The blue is the signal that gets sent to the gauge and ecu.

The wires go black, yellow, blue on the sensor plug. Yellow is ALWAYS in the middle. You will need to figure out which socket the black goes into by comparing the wire order on the other plug. Don't shove it back in. If the pins are still good, it should "click" in and not pull out.

The speed sensor. I did click in and thats what happed the yellow was in the middle. And I mixed up the outer edges. But anyways. I'll check fuses again but I know thats not it.

Fixed the problem the wire to my starter was a little loose. Causing everything to short out. Kind of weird but whatever. Problem fixed now.
