H22 Distributor bushing

I recently had my distributor bushing and shaft go bad on my H22. I can pull a shaft from an extra cb7 distributor, but as you know, the housings are different and hard to get a hold of. The busing in the base of the distributor can be pounded out, and then there is a thick rubber seal on the other side of that which is also removable. I need to replace both of these, but the dealer says they don't sell or make these parts, I'd have to buy a full distributor.

So question is, Has anyone had any luck with replacing this bushing and/or seal? Or am I better off just buying another distributor?

The internals between the f22a and h23a distributors are the same but from what i heard you should never take apart the distributor. I did and it stopped working right.

I've taken apart and swapped distributor shafts before with out a problem, it's not too complicated inside the dizzy.
