Rear lower control arm question

Can Accord station wagon rear lower control arms be used in place of the factory stamped steel arms that come factory? I saw a wagon at the salvage and the wheels were off and the arm is either a forged or a cast piece. Thanks guys.

Yes you can use them. I have the rear disc brake set-up from a wagon. And you are correct in that they are beefier, they are cast instead of stamped steel, they also weigh a bit more.

Thanks for the information. I was under my car this weekend and noticed that I need lower control arm strut bushings before I install my struts.
I remembered that wagon in the salvage and the price for the control arms is $22.00 each. If I wait until the fourth of july they have a 1/2 off sale, I can get both for $22.00
