My cb7 was stolen for two weeks. Finally got it back; still had to pay $200 to get it out of the towing yard. Well the problem is the i just put in a new ignition switch but the car wont start second or third time, i have to let it sit. Any ideas.

When my girlfriends cd5 was doing that it was the starter, which took out the battery. There's even a switch on the left side of the tumbler in the steering column that is known to go out. And even your starter solenoid can cause this, its really hard to narrow down the culprit.Originally posted by Mishakol129
