Removing chrome window trim..

for those of you who know how to properly remove the chrome trim around the front and rear windows.. how do you do it without breaking the clips and bending the metal?

i received my front trim from chazzworth, but i gotta get the rear from a junk yard here and don't want to break the clips.

how do you properly get them off so i can just snap them back in?

i know to do the DIY trunk fix you gotta remove it.. so you people who did the DIY help me out.

it's weird they like snap in but u need to get like right at the clip. Since my car is strippped I was taking them off and u have to move it back and forth. If u see what the clip looks like you will get what im saying. Hope it helps.
