    Engine lift needed

Anybody in New Jersey area (Jersey City or nearby) that have an engine lift that I can borrow? I just need it to do a swap. Please pm me if you find it in your kind heart to lend it to me so I can do a swap, I'll buy you lunch and six pack.
    Thanks

Your best bet would be to buy one off of craigslist. Not only is it cheap, but it's already assembled.

That or maybe you could rent one. There might be a place near you that would rent one out.

like everyone else said, they're a dime a dozen on Craigslist, I bought one for 80 bucks a brand new 1 ton Harbor freight, guy used it once to lift a saw in his garage.

I thought I was going to sell it, but I ended up using it for 2 other cars to do motor mounts with.

Go Craigslist, here in North Jersey I actually see a few every so often. And like David said, Harbor Freight is a good way to go, too. My neighbor purchased a lift for $200 and broke even in selling it after he was done.
