I never even heard of that fuse before...

Taken from a post on Honda-Tech (so I don't know how good the info is...)
if anyone with this issue of the small light fuse, and you have an aftermarket deck/stereo/dvd playe, any of these just double check that the illumination wire off the harness isnt being grounded out. i just learned this today. hope this helps anyone. please let me know if this works for you.

actually deeve i run all my cars without the aftermarket radio illumination wire connected to anything. i just goose neck the wire and electric tape it and ive never had any issues although if the wire is exposed and is throwing a short it can cause issues such as blown fuses =P

assuming your car is stock in the lighting and wiring department, you probably have a melted bulb socket somewhere in your tail lights or parking lights. possibly one of your interior lights like dome or behind the gauge cluster. you will have to search all of them for the short. thats why its blowing. its also possible your light switch has melted on the inside like i have seen before. replace the whole switch if you cannot find the melted bulb housing around the car.

did you do a wire tuck or anything else dealing with lighting mods or what not??? if so double check your work cause you jacked something up. derp de derp.

that is your solution good luck.

does your glovebox lightbulb work? I think I was having the same issue. For some reason, when i tried putting the bulb back in there, it kept blowing the fuse, rendering the clock, radio and obviously glovebox light, unusable.

I think there's a short in the circuit somewhere so it's possible that you have the same issue.
