You might need to make some alignment adjustments thats a given on any wrecked car.

Lining up a hood isn't a big deal at all. Just get a buddy to help you, bolt it on loosely, get it close to where you want it, tighten, close, note fitment, open again, adjust, repeat till done.

I've done it alone with an OEM hood for my CD5, but it's really easier with a second set of hands.

Only problem with a junked car is the color. Chances are your not going to find the exact color. Ive been looking for a rosewood hood for over a year....
They are all still on the road!

But yeah it will bolt up and if you can get someone to help you line it you should be good! Don't forget to line up your windshield washer hoses underneath and that little plastic clip

if you have take the hood with the suport, you will need to allign it anyway even if the car was not damaged, its bolt on but will need surrely minor adjustement.

i took mine off for a while and reattached it but trust them when they say two is better than one, doing it in the cold was hard and i ended up twisting the "shark fin" end of the hood on the top passenger side
