Ok so i have a 90 accord with a JDM H22 swap. n chipped p28 with a h22 basemap. I did all the work myself. Been running fine for a while now. But got some codes to deal with n need help.
The car runs n drives fine, but after 30mins of driving i get a cel.
Code A... Gives a number 1, O2 sensor, Got it will replace mine. But I have a chiped ecu n i thought the o2 sensor was disabled. I dnt get a cel after imediate startup or after a drive it takes a while before the light comes on n somtimes it does somtimes it dnt it varys... If u have a chipped ecu with the 02 sesor disabled will it still give a code if ur o2 isnt plugged into the ecu... I just changed my header n downpipe last night n didnt bother tranfering 02 sesnor since my tune dosent use it n when i do get a diff tune that uses it I will put a new ngk in.
Code b. number 20. Electrical load detector. Ive delt with this issue before nuthing u can do cept replace ur fuse box under the hood. Well Ive done this once before n it fixed the issue. But now its back... So my question is...
What causes the ELD? What is it. Does it go bad often? What can cause it to go bad? I have a system properly installed. I just wanna figure out is causing the code or what is causing me to go through fuse boxes... Thanks...
