In the instructions I found online it says to remotely bolt the IACV on a bracket and run hoses to the holes in the back.



Well I got mine used without that bracket or the hose plates. Can I just bolt the IACV on the back as shown? Thats the only way it lines up. One hole goes to the plenum and the other is open to the TB before the butterfly.

if it clears the firewall then yea bolt it there.

IT doesnt fit when its mounted on the back of the manifold, without beating in the firewall. They make a relocation kit, I mounted mine under the intake by the oil filter for a cleaner look.

Thats where I have mine mounted. Clears the firewall fine
