Can i dremel the Intake mannifold>?

hokay so, i need to install my rear motor mount i got for like 3 bucks at a junkyard and in order to do so, i have to take off the intake manifold, so while its off, what can i do to it to make it faster, ive heard of people "boring" them in a since so what can i do guys, even if its 1 more hp ill do it.

Usually polishing an intake manifold is done by a pro. Cleans up the runners and makes air flow smoother.

If you're talking about boring something out, usually it's the throttle body that's done. You can also buy a larger bore throttle body for about $300 (I think) or do the H23 mani swap.

buy yourself some porting bits and go to town.. lol.. u can DIY this.. but im not gonna waste my typing on explaining how.. there are too many ways/techniques/styles to do this.. so im not gonna sit here and get flamebroiled from someone.. anyh00t.. porting bits shouldnt be too expensive ur gonna need a dremel with a very long post to put the bits on (to get inside the manifold) or come up with something of ur own..

lmao.. ur a funny guy.. nice of u to use MY term.. i believe im one of the members on here who use that term the most.. regardless.. it doesnt do much for ur motor ey?? why dont u slap the S2 manifold on there and then coem back to me.. stock componets are a RESTRICTION so just slapping a turbo on there will give u power.. but its up to the OWNER to optimize everything else.. intake manifold/throttle body/exhaust diamter etc.. a turbo can only do so much before u have to look somewhere else for power..
